Ms. Wille obtained her undergraduate degree from Alma College and obtained her J. D. from Syracuse University College of Law. She also holds an M.S. from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Ms. Wille joined the firm in 2005 and became managing partner in 2010. She is admitted to practice in the Michigan courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including property insurance law, cases of suspected arson and fraud, appraisal, and extra-contractual claims, as well as no fault coverages and third party defense. She has written and lectured on numerous topics in the areas of claims procedures and litigation practices, including issues relating to claims investigations, mortgagees and appraisals.
Ms. Wille also has significant practice in estate planning, focusing on affordable and effective estate planning for average citizens. Ms. Wille is also a member of the Macomb County Bar Association. Her trial practice includes all Michigan courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She is active in the legal community and works with various elementary and middle schools to help generate interest in the legal profession at a young age.
